Use the S.T.A.R. Method when writing about your experience
Situation: What was the situation, problem, or conflict you were facing?
Task: What were you tasked with? What were your responsibilities or goals?
Action: What action did you take? What did you do to solve this problem? (start with action verbs)
Result: What was the result or outcome of your action? How did it benefit the organization? Can this result be quantified?

Describe your responsibilities in concise statements led by strong verbs.
Focus on the skills and strengths that you possess and that you have identified as being important to your field.
Try to incorporate industry-specific keywords.
Limit your description to the three or four most important points.
Don'ts
Avoid using "I" and "We" in your experience description
